Kazakhstan's budget revenues forecast for 2021 revealed

Revenue of Kazakhstan’s state budget is forecast to be 6.9 trillion tenge ($16.5 billion) in 2021, Kazakhstan’s Minister of National Economy Ruslan Dalenov said, Trend reports with reference to the ministry.

Dalenov added that this volume will increase to 8.5 trillion tenge ($20.4 billion) in 2022, and then to 9.2 trillion tenge ($22.04 billion) in 2023.

Dalenov also said that the law draft on the guaranteed transfer from the National Fund for 2021-2023 and the decree draft on the target transfer for 2021.

Thus, the guaranteed transfer is proposed to be set at 2.7 trillion tenge ($6.4 billion) in 2021, at 2.4 trillion tenge ($5.7 billion in 2022, and at 2.2 trillion tenge ($5.2 billion) in 2023. The guaranteed transfer is also proposed to fund social needs and liabilities.

Accordingly, in order to increase the financing of the country’s development programs, targeted transfers from the National Fund in the amount of 1 trillion tenge ($2.3 billion) are proposed to be attracted.

Thus, the payments to the state budget are forecast to be 11.4 trillion tenge ($27.2 billion) in 2021, 11.8 trillion tenge ($28.2 billion) in 2022, and 12 trillion tenge ($28.6 billion) in 2023.

The expenditures of the state budget are to be 14.04 trillion tenge ($33.6 billion) in 2021, 13.87 trillion tenge ($33.1 billion) in 2022, and 13.88 trillion tenge ($33.2 billion) in 2023.
