Iran Khodro National Industrial Group manufactured a total of about 240,000 units of vehicles in various types during the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 20-September 21, 2020), Trend reports citing the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade of Iran.
According to the report, this is an increase of 50.1 percent compared to the same period last Iranian year.
“Thus, the company manufactured 236,000 passenger cars during the reporting period and this is an increase of 49.4 percent compared to the same period last Iranian year,” the report added.
In addition, Iran Khodro manufactured about 48,000 units of vehicles in various types in the 6th month of the current Iranian year (August 22- September 21, 2020), which is an increase of 113.1 percent compared to the same month last Iranian year, the report noted.
According to the report, the company manufactured 47,500 passenger cars in the 6th month of the current Iranian year. This is an increase of 114.6 percent compared to the same month last Iranian year.
