Volume of paid services in Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic down

The volume of the paid services rendered to the population in Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic amounted to 197.2 million manat ($116 million) from January through October 2020, which is 1.1 percent less compared to the period from January through October 2019, Trend reported on Nov. 24 with reference to the report of the State Statistics Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

In accordance with the report, last year's figure was 197.9 million manat ($116.4 million).

The volume of the gross domestic product (GDP) in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic increased by 0.9 percent from January through October 2020 compared to the same period of last year and amounted to 2.3 billion manat ($1.3 billion).

The volume of GDP per capita in Nakhchivan increased by 1.9 percent from January through October 2020 compared to the same period of 2019 and amounted to about 5,000 manat ($2,941).
