Iranian Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade has inaugurated the operation of three mine projects in Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex, said Managing Director of the National Iranian Copper Industries Co (NICICO) Ardeshir Saadmohammadi, Trend reports citing IRNA.

"The projects include mine mechanization, third phase of concentrate development and new refinery in Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex in Kerman Province," said Saadmohammadi.
"The implementation of these projects would create more than 350 jobs in Kerman Province," he said.
The projects include: mine mechanization project, launch of a semi rotary crusher with capacity of 7,000 tons/hour, as well as launch of two semi rotary crushers with capacity of 3,500 tons/hour.
"The scouting for installation of crushers would depend on the Sarcheshmeh 's final mine plan for functioning in five, fifteen and twenty nine years," said Saadmohammadi.
