Volume of wheat flour exports from EAEU to Turkmenistan revealed

The export of wheat flour from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) to Turkmenistan amounted to 1,689 tons in January 2021, Trend reports, citing statistical data of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

The export was carried out from Kazakhstan and Russia for a total amount of more than $576,477.

The share of Kazakhstan is $506,723, while Russia's share -$69,753.

The export of processed cereals from Kazakhstan and Russia to Turkmenistan amounted to more than 360 tons for a total amount of $91,332.

The share of Kazakhstan in the number of exports was worth $74,344, while Russia’s share was $16,987.

The export of cereals and grain pellets to Turkmenistan from Russia in January amounted to 21.5 tons worth $13,774.

Turkmenistan increased the import of condensed and powdered milk and cream by 2.3 times from the countries of the European Economic Union from January through November 2020, compared to the same period year earlier.

During the reporting period, Turkmenistan imported more than 541.7 tons of condensed and powdered milk and cream from Belarus and Russia for a total of $1.1 million, which is also 2.3 times more than in the same period of 2019.
