Kazakhstan’s KMK Munay decides against paying out dividends for 2020

Kazakhstan’s KMK Munay company has decided against paying out dividends for 2020, Trend reports citing the company’s statement published by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.

The decision was made during the annual general meeting of shareholders of the company held April 12, 2021.

During the meeting the company’s shareholders approved the financial statements of the company for 2020 and determined the audit organization performing the audit of the company for 2021 to be KPMG Audit LLP (UK).

The shareholders also made a decision to not distribute the company's net income on dividends for ordinary shares of the company for 2020.

Kazakhstan’s KMK Munay company is based in the country's Aktobe region and develops Kokzhide, Kumsay and Mortuk oil and gas fields.
