Kazakhstan’s KazTransOil to pay out dividends for 2020

Kazakhstan’s KazTransOil JSC has made a decision to pay out dividends to its shareholders for 2020, Trend reports citing the company’s statement published by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.

The statement said that the company’s Board of Directors proposed the to allocate a share of the company’s profit to pay dividends for the consideration of the Annual General Meeting

Thus, the company’s consolidated net revenue in 2020 amounted to 55.9 billion tenge ($129.2 million), and the proposal is that 90.7 percent of the sum, i.e. 50.7 billion tenge ($117.2 million) will be paid out as dividends.

The dividend payment will equal 132 tenge (30 cants) per ordinary share.

KazTransOil JSC is the national operator of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the main oil pipeline.

The company owns a diversified network of main oil pipelines with a length of 5,400 km.

The production facilities of KazTransOil JSC are located in Mangistau, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan, Aktobe, Pavlodar, Karaganda, Kyzylorda, Almaty, Turkestan, North Kazakhstan regions, Nur-Sultan and Shymkent.
