Biodynamic farm in Georgia expands, despite COVID-19, economic crisis

Ruispiri Biodynamic farm in Georgia is expanding, despite the economic crisis, said Founder of the farm Giorgi Aladashvili, Trend reports via Georgian media.

The investment in the expansion is reported to be over 300,000 lari ($87,202).

Aladashvili said that the decision to expand was made despite a difficult year.

The farm will have an additional two family rooms, which will allow to host more quests, starting from May 5.

“As a result of expansion, the farm will be able to host 18 people. Those who want to come to the farm can choose the form of active recreation and visit the religious and cultural monuments near the farm in Kakheti, or get a job at the farm, or just relax in the nature,” Aladashvili said.

According to Aladashvili, apartments are comfortable and over 250,000 ($72,669) -300,000 lari has been spent on their construction.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, room price ranges from 50 lari ($14.53) to 200 lari ($58.14) and the price depends on the type of service.
