Prices for summer cottages and private houses in Azerbaijan’s Baku city grew by 2.27 percent in April 2021 compared to March 2021, Director of the MBA Group consulting company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
According to Ibrahimov, in the reporting month, the average price for one square meter of summer cottages and private houses amounted to 993 manat ($584.1).
Meanwhile, the cost of one square meter of commercial premises in the secondary market rose by 1.92 percent over the month up to 2,973 manat ($1,750).
Prices for land plots had also increased. In this segment of the market, in April 2021, prices grew by 2.63 percent compared to March, amounting to 21,263 manat ($12,510) per hundred square meters, noted the expert.
Besides, in April this year, the average cost of renting objects in Baku decreased by 1.57 percent compared to the previous month, amounting to 15.54 manat ($9.14) per square meter, he added.
