Iran's commodity strategic reserves (CSRs) and supplies are in proper condition despite all limitations and problems, said Iran Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Alireza Razmhosseini, Trend reports via IRNA.
"Through cooperation of the private sector and proper policy making of the government, import of necessary commodities and basic material has created acceptable conditions for production and export," said Razmhosseini.
He went on to add that in the agriculture sector, all the necessary products have been supplied, distributed and the prices have been set.
"Regarding the commodity import and supply, the increase of global food prices, and occasional droughts - these issues are being considered by the Ministry of Agriculture, and necessary measures should be implemented in this regard," he noted.
