Azerbaijan’s value of export to Israel has increased from January to July 2021, Trend reports on Aug.20 citing the statistical bulletin of Azerbaijani State Customs Committee.
According to the ministry, this showing amounted to over $460.5 million, up 30.8 percent on annual basis.
Israel's share in Azerbaijan's total exports in the first seven months of 2021 made up 4.04 percent against 3.86 percent in the same period of 2020.
Meanwhile, Azerbaijan's import from Israel amounted to $15.44 million, and the share of this country in the total Azerbaijani import increased by 0.05 percent for the year - up to 0.25 percent.
The value of foreign trade operations between the two countries for the first seven months of this year exceeded $476 million, while the trade balance remained positive - $445.1 million.
In general, Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover from January to July 2021 made up nearly $17.7 billion. Of these, exports accounted for $11.39 billion (64.4 percent), and imports - $6.3 billion (35.6 percent).
