Industrial enterprises put into operation in Iran's Bushehr Province

As many as 21 industrial enterprises in the Bushehr Province (southern Iran) were put into operation within the "Government Week" in Iran (August 24 through August 30,2021), Chairman of Industry, Mine, and Trade Organization of Bushehr Province Hossein Hosseini said, Trend reports citing the organization.

According to him, a total of 1.08 trillion rials (about $25.7 million) has been spent on these enterprises and as a result, 201 people have been employed.

Hosseini added that these enterprises are operating in the production of concrete, cement and gypsum, electric lamps, various plastic products, furniture, school supplies, food packaging, various shipbuilding and repair, etc.

The chairman noted that necessary steps are being taken to hold permanent exhibitions of domestic production in the province, to restore the activities of suspended enterprises, to provide loans in order to increase production, to renew production facilities, to hold meetings of working groups to remove obstacles to production.
