Azerbaijan and Bulgaria design a draft agreement on cooperation in customs sphere, Bulgarian embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend.
The document envisages the development of the legal base in this sphere between two countries. The draft agreement will also cover the development of the Azerbaijani and Bulgarian customs services, particularly, interaction and mutual assistance in struggle with smuggling, violation of customs rules, and unification of legislations with international standards.
In accordance with the document, parties will cooperate in the improvement of activities of the customs system, training of highly skilled personnel, and exchange of information.
