16090 physical entities have been registered in the country during January-June 2005. According to the data of the country’s tax bodies, 42,7% of them are engaged in the wholesale and retail trade, as well as the motor cars, household appliances and various consumer goods repair, the State Statistics Committee told Trend. 22,7% are involved in agriculture, hunting and forestry, 10,9% are engaged in providing communal, social and private services, 6,1% are dealing with the real estate, renting and consumer services operations, 6,9% are working
in transport, storage facilities and communication, 4% - in the hotel and restaurant services, 3,9% - in the processing industry and resources extraction.
Among the new registered physical entities, involved in the entrepreneurship activities, 26,4% of them perform it in Baku, 26,8% - in Aran region, 12,4% - in Gyanja-Gazakh economic regions.
