MEMORANDUM ON CO-OP BETWEEN AUDIT BODIES OF AZERBAIJAN, KAZAKHSTAN SIGNED

A memorandum on cooperation between Audit Chambers (AC) of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan was signed. The AC delegation led by Vahid Novruzov, the chairman of the Chamber, paid a 3-day visit to Alma-Ati in this regard, Trend reports.

The document was signed by Novruzov and Sapar Koshchimbayev, the President of the Kazakh Chamber of Auditors.

Besides, the delegation got familiar with activities of the Kazakh audit bodies and took around 50 methodic documents in the sphere. The AC underlined that the body had cooperated with the Kazakh Chamber of Auditors for long time. Thus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Ukraine established the International Regional Federation of Accountants and Auditors in 1999.

Intention protocol on cooperation between the Azerbaijani and Lithuanian AC was signed in Baku on 20 July.

The AC also said that similar document was signed with Turkey in April.
