A delegation of the Transport Ministry will pay a visit Manila from 5 to 10 September.
The Ministry told Trend the key objective of the visit was to hold discussions with the representatives of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), a well as participate in unsealing the tender bids on the selection of a consultant intended to deliver services to Azerbaijan in the development of a Transport Strategy of Azerbaijan. The ADB allotted $350,000 grant in this respect.
The document will reflect the development of transport infrastructure of the country, ways for cargo attraction, increase of deliveries, construction and reconstruction of oafs and transport facilities.
The Ministry said that after the completion of the tender procedures it is planned to set up the development of the document in September.
