The government of Azerbaijan actively works on development of the State Program for the Poverty Reduction (SPPR) and the sustainable development of Azerbaijan in 2006-2015.
For the moment the ministries and departments of the country work on the identification of the priority trends of its implementation for each of the sectors, the head of the SPPR and economic development secretariat Mehman Abbasov told Trend.
"The work is scheduled to be complete the following month, after which the process of development of the specific working plans will be commenced and it is intended to be finished by the end of the current year”, Abbasov noted.
According to Abbasov, a ten-year program will envisage development of 4-year working plans. According to the law on the budget system the plans will be made under the 1+3 scheme, namely, for the current, and three subsequent years with the annual specification.
