The Department for Elementary Tax Investigations filed 30 criminal cases in Azerbaijan in August 2005. The Ministry told Trend that the lawsuits were filed in accordance with Articles 213.4 and 192.2.1 of the Criminal Code.
Some people were accused of concealing 120326.5 manats from taxation.
