CURRENCY EXCHANGE PLACES AT SHOPS TO BE CLOSED

The currency exchange places at shops will be closed,” Elman Rustamov, the chairman of the Management Board of the National Bank of Azerbaijan, told Trend.

According to Rustamov, the National Bank has made a decision in this regard. “Currency exchange places must meet international standards. Therefore, the function of the currency exchange places at shops will be banned due to unavailability,” he added.

Rustamov also stressed that the currency exchange places with modern equipment and guard would remain. The places also must pay attention to board with currency rate.
