The International Finance Corporation (IFC) announced about pilot program within the project on development of corporative management in Azerbaijan. The project envisages selection of 6 companies and banks, which will participate in the program to appraise their experience in corporative management, including, relations between managers and shareholders, structures and other councils, Trend reports.
The companies and banks will be chosen on the base of their investment potentials, financial prospect, tendency to reforms, opportunity to gain success.
