“Over the last 9 months Azeriqazbank (AGBank) reached considerable increase pf financial figures,” the news release of the bank says. The assets of AGBank grew 69.8bn manats and comprised 262.7bn. The credit portfolio of the bank increased 52.8bn manats and reached 159.4bn manats.
The total capital of AGBank makes up 34.8bn manats. The paid amount of the statutory fund comprised 29bn manats. The clear profit of AGBank made up 5.6bn manats after discharge of tax.
As of 1 October the customer base also increased, total number of accounts reached to 21,359. A total of 2,210 falls to legal entities, 19,149 - physical entities.
The number of credit plastic card made up 10,380. A total of 4,186 are Visa, 6,194 -MasterCard .The growth of plastic cards comprised 1,235. It has some credit lines from such international finance institutes as the International Finance Corp, the European Reconstruction and Development Bank (EBRD) and the German-Azerbaijani Fund. The EBRD increased credit lines on trade financing by $2m, small and medium entrepreneurship - $3.5m. The funds will be allotted for 3 years.
AGBank finances 800 projects of small and medium entrepreneurship. It opened 2 branches such as Caspian Plaza and Shamaki over this period.
