The European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Board of Directors will consider acquiring of the shares of Azerdemiryolbank commercial bank on 15 November, Trend reports referring to the official statement of the bank.
The $2.5m project envisages acquiring of 25%+1 shares and voting authority, rendering of technical assistance to identification of crediting of small and medium-size entrepreneurship by the TACIS.
