Specialists of the veterinary service under the Agriculture Ministry have been sent on a mission to the Azerbaijani regions on 21 November in the framework of the epizootic measures aimed at fighting infectious diseases, the press release from 21 November of the State Veterinary Service under the Agriculture Ministry says, Trend reports.
Along with the epizootic measures, the works on assistance to the local physicians in implementation of the preventive measures against such diseases as brucellosis and tuberculosis will be implemented in the framework of the mission. Relevant recommendations will be also presented in this respect.
Besides, measures on raising awareness of the population in the veterinary sphere are expected.
The report also says, the events of such kind are held regularly, during which the blood analyses of the cattle are taken. The specialists assist also to private households.
