A scientific вЂ" practical conference on the 10-year of the agrarian reforms in Azerbaijan which was to be held in Moscow delayed for uncertain period. Initially the event was to
take place in July 2005, then it was delayed for September, The Azerbaijan�s Agriculture Ministry told Trend.
The Ministry said, the conference is delayed due to the respective address of the Russian side, which organizes the conference.
The goal of the conference is discussion of achievements of Azerbaijan in the agrarian sphere for the last 10 years. (The first reform in the agrarian sector of Azerbaijan was carried out in February 1995).
