The first Azerbaijani-Hungarian business forum held in Budapest from 22 to 23 November yielded its first result. “NJT 2000 Company signed a $10m contract on raw material delivery from Hungaria,” Emil Majidov, the President of the Azerbaijani Fund for Facilitating of Investments and Consultations (FFIC), told Trend.
“The sides concluded a memorandum on information cooperation and joint activities between FFIC and the Hungarian Trade and Development Agency. In particular, we plan to hold the second Azerbaijani-Hungarian business forum in Baku in 2006. The date will depend on Hungarian counterparts, but we will propose to hold it first-half of 2006,” Mejidov stressed.
15 Azerbaijani companies participated in the first forum.
