The Joint-Stock commercial Technikabank made a contract with the British Zygon Consulting company for improvement of the banks management structure, the banks first board chairman Hagani Guluzade told Trend. According to him, the contract is scheduled for 6 months.
The consultants assignment involves assisting in introducing standards of the corporative management, bringing the banking servicing level to the ISO-9001standards. All these banking measures, according to Guluzade, will lead to the changes in the Technikabank structure.
