The last version of the documents developed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports on application of the law On Mortgage has been submitted to relevant state bodies and the work is currently underway on them, deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Intigam Babayev told Trend.
He noted special privileges are provided for the youth in the documents produced. В"Taking into consideration the international experience and the long-term opportunities of the state we included a number of proposals in the documents. Like in the internatinal practice, payment of the specific sum is envisioned in the law On Mortgage. In the documents prepared by us there are privileges on this amount. We proposed the 50% discount. Canceling of the initial payment is impossible, as it does not exist in the international practice, deputy Minister said.
