Ganja automobile plant plans to carry out export to Central Asia & Georgia

The Ganja automobile plant plans to start export to the Central Asian countries and Georgia, Trend reports quoting Khanlar Fatiyev, the head of the enterprise, as saying on Wednesday.

At present the capacity of the plant comprises 30 cars a month.

In his turn, Magsad Rahimov, the head of the press service of the plant, said that they held talks on prolongation of the contract on production of Oka cars.

The production of Oka cars temporarily suspended due to expiration of the contract, the head of the press service underlined.

The plant plans to produce around 1,500 cars in 2006.
