Taxation on 7 types of taxes was oversupplied to the state budget in January-February

Tax raisings of 7 out of 9 types of taxes were oversupplied to the state budget in January-February 2006, Ministry of Taxation told Trend. Ministry is raising state fares and other taxes, some of which have also supplied excessive amounts to the state budget.

The highest weight of the tax arrivals this year is expected from the income tax, which is due to the start of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline exploitation. Thus, AMOK (which is the largest BTC oil supplier) is expected to pay $350m of income tax.

Income tax raisings reached 77.842m AZM this year, but the forecast is 89, 5% ready. Total weight of the given tax raisings is 33, 9%. Second place of the tax weight is occupied by the income tax on physical persons (22, 3%) it makes up 51,085m AZM. The forecast was overdone on 127, 7%. VAT (with the total weight of 17, 1%) has collected 39,179m AZM, which is 0, 5% more than it was forecasted.

Stock tax (5, 6%) made up 12,937m AZM, which is 0,3% more than in the forecast

. Resources tax (4, 4%) forecast was oversupplied on 101, 3% and made up 10,134m AZM. Property tax (2, 9%) made up 6,739m AZM, 20,3 % more than in forecast. Simplified taxation system (1, 3%) made up 12,6% with 3,062m AZM. Land tax (0,8%) reached 5,9% with 1,949m AZM, railroad tax - (0,4%) 991,2000 AZM, 6,5% lower than the forecast.

The largest forecast completion was in the area of state fares- 4,892m AZM, i.e. 132,2% with the total weight of 2,1%. 20,654m AZM more arrived through other taxes (9%) with 102,3% forecast completion.

In general, Ministry of Taxation has fulfilled the forecast on 102,4%, i.e. it has received 229,464m AZM against 224m AZM forecasted.
