Baku-First action will be held in Baku on March 31, where the financial Times competition results will be announced, the head of the Azerbaijani Fund for Export and Investments Encouragement, Emil Mejidov told Trend. According to the competition results Azerbaijani capital will be announced as city of the future in Eastern Europe.
Financial Times editor Courtney Fingar will arrive to participate at the ceremony. Minister of Economic Development Heydar Babayev will also take part at the ceremony.
The competition was held between the 3 sub-regions Baltic, Western CIS and East Europe, Azerbaijan won the competition in the region.
