The Azerbaijan Accountancy Chamber (AC) has ratified an audit program aimed at checking finances provided by the State Oil Fund for refugees and displaced persons and designed to solve their residence and social problems, AC official release told Trend.
The Audit will cover 2004-05 and current part of 2006. Problems of relevance in the finance use according to the legislature, studying the total weight of the Oil fund finances in the State financing system, provision of finances for refugees and displaced persons designed to solve their residence and social problems, study of budget incomes for 2007, total control level, and control over organizational works in particular will be included in the audit.
The audit works are due to start on April 10 in the State Committee on refugees and displaced persons and in the Displaced Persons social development Fund of the Ministers Cabinet.
