The Azerbaijani Accountancy Chamber (AC) starts checking finances allocated by the State Oil Company for solving communal and social problems of refuges and displaced persons and their dislocation. The works will be over by the end of the months, the AC told Trend.
The audit will cover 2004-2006 and the current year. Such issues as research of the finance usage according to the legislature, study of the Oil Fund finances for refuges and displaced persons total weight, review of the budget amount in 2007, the internal control of organizational works and allocation of finances will be included in audit.
The audit is held in the State Committee on refuges and forcibly displaced persons and in the Fund of the displaced persons social development at the Ministers Cabinet.
