The State Committee on state property management has worked out new forms of rent agreements. The probability to increase the rent payment is being discussed now, the committee head told journalists.
1400 rent agreements have been signed in the first quarter of 2006. 718, 100 AZM have been allocated to the state budget from rent payments being 33% higher than forecasted. In general, 22, 7 million AZM have been sent to the state budget since the beginning of privatization.
