Parliamentary commission for economic affairs keep monitoring the laws in economic sphere, Trend reports quoting Ziyad Samedzadeh, head of commission.
Samedzadeh said an opinion has already formed on some issues, in particular on modification of banking and customs activity. National bank of Azerbaijan and other banks offer to draw a uniform bank document Bank Code. These activities today are only covered by laws В"BanksВ" and В"National bank of AzerbaijanВ".
Samedzadeh.did not consider it real to discuss Bank Code at the summer session of the parliament, but stated the opportunity of considering it this year. He said also an intensive work is performed in this sphere and the Code is almost drawn by experts of National bank and Association of Banks of Azerbaijan.
Experts of State Customs committee also commenced drawing up new version of Customs Code.
