During 1Q2006 actual incomes in the state budget amounted 686.7mln manat (21.3% of GDP) against forecasted 694.2mln, governmental officials told Trend . Income forecast was executed by 98.9%. Three-month incomes rose in 2.3 times year-over-year. Budgetary expenses jumped in 2.7 times and amounted 664.4mln manat (20.6% of GDP). The budget came to black with 22.3mln manat, i.e. 0.7% of GDP.
In income column of the budget, 60.4% (414.9mln manat) were provided by Tax Ministry. Tax forecast was executed at 103.4%. Incomes from customs duties and taxes amounted 126.3mln manat. State Privatization committee transferred 0.8mln manat to the budget.
Social security and social funds took 66.8mln manat from budget in 1Q (10.1%), education took 99.1mln manat (14.9%), public prosecutors offices, security, law-enforcement, court 46.4mln manat (7%), investments in economy 201.9mln (30.4%), municipal expenses 8.3mln manat (1.2%), industry and construction -151.5mln manat (22.8%), agriculture and forestry and fishery 20.1mln manat (3%). Salaries, pensions and allowances took in 1Q 34.8% (231.1mln manat) from the budget.
