Azeri Ministry of Transport prepared a law draft for issuing passenger routes on a competition basis, Trend reports quoting Musa Panakhov, deputy Transport Minister.
Panakhov said such practice is used in many countries of the world. At the moment this document is being worked out in cooperation with the Ministrys structures to be submitted to the government.
The Minsitry officials consider this system expedient and promising as it enables companies with the best offer working along these routes. Alongside, this will serve the guarantee of companies assumptions and raise the quality of services provided.
