By decision of the Board of National Bank of Azerbaijan, Rufat Jabrail oglu Aslanli appointed NBAs Director General. Trend reports with reference to NBAs release, previously this post was held by Shakhmar Movsumov, acting CEO of State Oil Fund.
Aslanli, 36, graduated from State Economic University in 1993 with distinction. He was holding some positions prior to appointment Director General. Since 2001 he was the members of NBAs Executive Board.
Aslanli is fluent in Russian and English, represented Azerbaijan at international conferences and symposiums in the US, UK, France, Switzerland, Russia.
