Tax treatment in the intergovernmental agreement for transportation o Kazakh oil via BTC pipeline is defined as per usual PSA, Tax Ministry officials told Trend.

PSA stakeholders are released from all kinds of taxes applied to other taxpayers, and subject to special tax treatment. Profit tax rate for them is set as per the Tax code as of contract signing date, not subject to change.
Ministry officials said Azeri and Kazakh experts yet did not talk of tax details of the agreement.
