Some companies have been banned to export toys to Azerbaijan, Trend reports quoting Ramiz Hasanov, the head of the State Agency for standardization, metrology and patent, as saying to journalists.
As a result of check-ups carried out by experts of the agency there were revealed a number of shortcomings. As a result of a list of companies having a right for export of toys will be reconsidered, he underlined. Toys did not answer definite normative standards, Hassanov added.
In accordance with the existing legislation, the toys imported to Azerbaijan are presented to the State Committee for examination and after are licensed.
