Interdepartmental commission for privatization of semi-governmental International Bank of Azerbaijan is working out the requirements to international consultant to be involved in privatization project, Trend reports quoting Jahangir Hajiyev, chairman of board, IBAR.
The consultant will be selected from top audit companies. It is suggested to offer IBAR shares to relevant investors.
According to presidents decree dated March 1, 2005, IBA state stock might be sold part-by-part, the relevant price will be defined as of the sale date through making an audit of the banks activity.
