The State Veterinary Service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan has announced a tender on purchase of biological medicines within the fight with epizootics, Trend reports quoting the State Service.
Only two entities participated in the tender, but it is stated in article 11 of the law On state purchases that in case the number of competitors putting forward tender proposals to participate in the tender is less than three, the purchasing organization refuses the continuation of the tender.
It doesnt mean that medicine will not be purchased. It is very important and held every year. The medicines may be bought through other means which will be appointed by the Ministry of Agriculture, told in the State Service.
