Besides, 15 laws have been adopted to regulate the health sphere. However, the adopted laws couldnt resolve the problems in the sphere of health. It is justified through the existence of problems in the law. It is stated that monitoring will be held to bring them into conformity with the realities. Then, the law will be made additions and changes.
