On July 11, Economic Court examined the appeal to the verdict issued based on the lawsuit filed by the Ministry of Economic Development on Barmek Azerbaijan. Trend reports the court session chaired by Judge Natavan Tagiyeva issued the verdict on dismissing Barmeks appeal.
The court based on the Ministrys lawsuit arrested Barmeks realty and funds. Later Barmek submitted an appeal to this verdict. The process on this appeal involved participation of MEDs official Rashad Mustafayev and Barmeks Samed Tagiyev and Abbas Atakishiyev.
