The permanent agrarian policy commission of Azerbaijani parliament is working on several bills to regulate the agrarian sector, Trend reports with reference to the same commission.
The agrarian policy commission is developing a bill On management of state lands in order to avoid problems existing in agrarian sector. Besides, it was stated that due to the lack of document, there are problems in management of state lands and regulation of this sector. The law will mainly define the rules of using winter and summer lands.
Furthermore, the commission is working on laws On stimulation and export of national production and On farming culture. Besides, it was mentioned the necessity to adopt legal documents on production and growing of valuable plants to achieve the development in the agrarian sector.
