Peter Thompson, infrastructure and energy sector director, World Bank, is coming to Baku July 27. WB Baku office representatives told Trend during his visit he will discuss various spheres of collaboration with Azeri government and prospects of participation in new projects.
These discussions will cover cooperation in energy, transport, water supply and drainage spheres under the program for Oil-polluted Absheron lands cleaning.
The visit lasts till August 2. Mr Thompson will meet with heads of ministries and authorities. He also will meet with Azeri Prime Minister Artur Rasizadeh.
