To realize the project of opening the rail link through Kars-Baku route, it needs to resolve several questions including financing of the project and several problems in the region, the first deputy transport minister of Azerbaijan Musa Panahoc told, Trend reports.
At the moment, this process is being resolved, he added. The final variant of the project will be defined by the end of August. However, it is a pre-project work. Real projecting will begin after resolving all problems related with the financing on this route.
The returning of the credit finance, which will be involved in the construction works of the project, will be carried out in accordance with the scheme where every participant will have to pay down its share. The tariffs will be specific for each participant, and these issues will be defined by the working group.
