Over January-July of 2006, the consumer goods equaling AZN 3.2 billion were sold through trade networks of Azerbaijan, which is more by 12.5% as comprised to the same period of last year. 17.6% out of the gross commodities were realized by juridical persons and 82.4% by private enterprises,Trend reports with reference to State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan.
Besides, AZN 2.1 billion out of the commodities was reported at the share of foodstuffs and AZN 1.1 billion non-foodstuffs. The sale of both types of commodities has increased by 9.7% and 18.5% as comprised to the same period of 2005.
Over seven months of year, the population received paid services equaling about AZN 725.1 bln, which is /more by 37.3% as comprised with the same period of 2005. 74.5% of the services were provided by juridical persons and 24.7% by physical persons.
