The Azerbaijani Mortgage Fund, functioning at the National Bank of Azerbaijan is considering opportunities for offering different privileges in the case of social mortgages for Baku and the regions.
The General Director of the National Bank of Azerbaijan (NBA), Rufat Aslanly, this has been necessary due to a difference in the prices of apartments in the capital and regions of the Country. So, at the expense of the targeted grants-in-aid out of the public budget, it would be possible to pay the full cost of an apartment, to buy an apartment at the expense of the Government.
So far, the authorized credit agents of the AMF have distributed 7 credits in the regions in the total amount of 86 credits. Faik Mammadov, the Executive Director of the AMF, said at a presentation, during the Fund's 6-month activity, the credits were issued by Texnikabank, Azerdemiryolbank, Turanbank and Bank Respublika.
