AzerDemirYolBank OJSC has summed up the results of the deposit campaign Relax, Trend reports referring to a message spread by the Bank. In support of the population's increasing confidence, over two months and a half, the Bank has attracted the deposits to th total sum of 7 m. AZN (about $8 m.). Three million AZN out of them were placed for one year, and 4 millions AZN for two years.
According to the terms of the campaign, the minimum amount of the deposit should be equal to 5.000 AZN. The deposit rate reached 14 percent for a year, and 15 percent for two years.
In addition, all the possessors of Relax deposit received a credit card Visa Gold free of charge. They also obtained the possibility to use a credit line at the volume of 50 percent out of the total sum of the deposit within 39 days.
Notably, the sum of the deposits of the population to October 1, 2006 increased by 49.7 percent versus the beginning of 2006, and reached 21.758 m. AZN.
