The State Property Committee has determined a dislocation and practically completed an inventory at the enterprises of the fields of health protection and care, education, culture and sport open for privatization in accordance with the order of the Azerbaijani President issued on August 23, 2006, Trend reports.
According to a message spread by the State Committee, in order to assure transparency during the privatization of these objects and enterprises, a meeting was held at the office of the State Committee with the participation of the chiefs of the enterprises, a work on foundation of privatization committees as well as measures aimed at efficient use and safe keeping of the property of the enterprises were held.
The chiefs of the enterprise was given recommendations on assurance of the participation of the personnel in the process of privatization, protection of their rights and interests, keeping of the jobs, providing of the uninterrupted working regime.
Privatization commissions have already been founded within the enterprises and the process of making up of documentation has been commenced as well. As soon as the State Committee holds an expert examination, a decision on the form and ways of their privatization will be taken. With the aim to accelerate the privatization of the enterprises, lists of all the necessary documentation have been sent to them.
In accordance with the President`s order on privatization, 401 objects and enterprises have been opened in the social sphere. The main criteria during the privatization of these objects are keeping of the profile and protection of the personnel`s right. The State Committee is carrying out a work aimed at organization of control on each concrete case to provide the keeping of the profile of the enterprises in the sphere of education and health protection and determination of the term of restrictions.
The President`s order on privatization includes 43 objects in the sphere of health protection and care, 246 objects in the sphere of education, 4 objects within the Youth and Sports Ministry, and 108 object within the Culture and Tourism Ministry opened for privatization.
